Business customer
As soon as you become aware of a potential insurance claim, please contact your local office.

Your Clarke Roxburgh account executive will work closely with you until the claim is fully resolved.

Personal customer
If you've suffered a potential claim we're here to help. Call us at your local office or if you are happy to start progressing the claim yourself, call the 'Claims Help Line Number' shown in your policy details, directly, where a member of the Insurance Companies' claims team will talk you through the process.
